What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is two (2) years in Spain
How many people can travel in a Tuktuk?
Each tuktuk can carry up to four people. It’s an ideal option for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable, fun, and eco-friendly way to explore the city.
Groups of up to 4 people: 1 tuk tuk.
Groups of 5-8 people: 2 tuk tuks.
Groups of 9-12 people: 3 tuk tuks.
Groups of 13-16 people: 4 tuk tuks.
Groups of 17-20 people: 5 tuk tuks.
How many Tuktuks can I request?
Is it possible to cancel the tour?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. See the conditions in the Terms and Conditions section.
Are the tours available in multiple languages?
Yes, we offer tours in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, and German. Our guides are trained to provide an enjoyable and informative experience, tailored to your preferred language. Don’t forget to bring your headphones.
Where will the guide pick me up and drop me off?
The tour will start and end at the pick-up point specified in your reservation. Our pick-up points are centrally located and easily accessible.
Can I bring luggage or bulky items on the Tuktuk?
No, Tuktuks do not have luggage space, so suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or large objects cannot be transported.
Are tuk tuks electric?
Yes, they are 100% electric, sustainable and silent.
Do I need to print a receipt to present on the day of the tour?
It’s not required, just show the ID you used to make the reservation.
What happens in case of delay?
In the event of a delay, the booked activity will be reduced based on the lost time, which may result in a change to the scheduled route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is more than 15 minutes, and in such cases, no refund will be issued.
Can I make any changes to the reservation?
